Insert the correct syringe and needle combination into the device, slide the safety off, hit the button, and depress the plunger. No settings or adjustments are required. (See our video tutorial Here)
Which syringes and needles will the Auto Injector work with?
The Auto Injector is compatible with most standard syringes and needles — especially the popular BD (Becton Dickinson) models and this is what it was designed for. We recommend BD syringes for best fit and reliability. Use of other brands may not fit exactly.

Yes. The device accommodates many common needle lengths and gauges. If you’re using less common combinations, please check our video or compatibility guide before use. In most cases it will work with needles from 1/4″ up to 1.5″ in length. The gauge of the needle does not matter.
What types of injections can the Auto Injector deliver (IM, SC, etc.)?
It supports both intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SC) injections. It is suitable for a wide range of self-injection needs including hormone therapy, fertility treatments, peptide and other with syringe administration.
Is the Auto Injector safe to use?
Yes. Safety is our top priority. The device includes a needle shield so you don’t have to see the needle for injections, safety lock, LED indicator, and other protective features to help ensure proper usage.
Do I need special training to use the Auto Injector?
No formal training is required. The device is designed for ease of use at home. We recommend reviewing the user manual and watching the tutorial video available on our site for optimal results.

Fertility / Hormone Injection FAQs
Can I use the Auto Injector for fertility treatments, such as progesterone in oil (PIO) or other oil-based injections?
Yes. The Auto Injector works well for fertility-related injections including PIO or progesterone in oil. Because many fertility protocols require repeated IM injections, our device offers consistent angle and depth for safer, less painful delivery.
What syringes should I use for fertility injections (PIO, 3 mL, BD, Exel syringes, etc.)?
For fertility protocols that require oil-based injections or larger volumes, we recommend using 3 mL syringes with an appropriate needle length. Many providers give shorter 3 mL syringes which can result in inadequate injection depth. Our device is designed to work best with BD syringes but we recommend alternatives like the 3 mL Exel syringe or EasyTouch 1 mL Luer-Lok syringes. These are less expensive and still work great.
Will the Auto Injector accommodate longer needles often required in fertility treatments?
Yes. When using longer IM needles (for example 1-inch or 1½-inch) in fertility treatments, make sure your syringe-needle combo is compatible with our holders. We recommend the BD or compatible alternative models mentioned above. Always verify fit with our compatibility guide or video before use.
I am using 3ml syringes for IVF, but it doesn't inject the entire needle?
It works with the majority of 3ml syringes. If you have a certain brand of 3ml syringe with a shorter body than what is recommended it can be an issue. For 3ml syringes the injector was designed to use a BD 3ml syringe or something in similar length. The BD syringes are expensive, so we recommend the 3ml Exel syringes. We do sell these or you can buy them online. This will be the perfect solution for your needs.

Compatibility & Technical Details
What is the best syringe brand for use with the Auto Injector?
We recommend BD (Becton Dickinson) syringes for best fit. It works wells with many other brands on the market but there are thousands. You will have to verify if it fits your application. For 3ml syringes we have verified that the Exel syringes work well and Easy Touch 1ml and insulin syringes.
Why do some syringes not fit the Auto Injector?
The device was engineered for precision and safety. Some syringe/needle combos are outside our tested dimensional tolerances. If a syringe is too short, too long, or has a non-standard flange or hub, it may not seat correctly or may interfere with the safety mechanism. Please consult our compatibility video before use.
Troubleshooting & Usage Tips
The device doesn’t seem to inject — what could be wrong?
Possible issues: the syringe wasn’t fully seated or the safety lock wasn’t removed. Make sure you inserted the syringe correctly, removed the safety cap, pressed the button firmly, and held the device down until complete. If it still fails, contact support with your order number and a video if possible.
