Why 3 mL Syringes Can Fit Differently
“3 mL” describes how much a syringe holds — not its physical dimensions. Some 3 mL syringes have a shorter barrel or total length than others.
When a shorter syringe is loaded into the Auto Injector, it sits farther back in gripping jaws, this reduces how far the needle extends and penetrates into the skin.
